Ah! First week back to photography. I took the month of August off, for “maternity leave.” I did not want to commit to any photo sessions, since I did not know when my son would make his appearance. Luckily, I did – he was born 6 days early and I’ve needed all the 3 weeks after his birth to get my energy back and recover. I have enjoyed spending all my time with our new little miracle.
I had a senior portrait session on Wednesday and today I am photographing all day at Delallo! This was the first day I have left him for more then two hours at a time. It has been a lot harder then I thought it would be! I feel like I’m missing out, by not being with him all day. Needless to say, I’m anxious to get home and cuddle up with him again. I may even be okay with being up at 2am, 4am, and 6am 🙂
It has been a great day of shooting at Delallo. We’ve been working on different salads and product shots. Feels good to have the camera in my hands again. Tomorow will be another full day of photography – Steve and Kelly’s wedding! I am excited to have the chance to document their special day. Steve actually graduated High School with me, and my husband and in-laws are guests at the wedding!
Once I have a few hours, I will have quite a few previews for my facebook page and some new images for the blog!
